Massachusetts dental recruiting

The Right People.
The Right Practice.

Dental Talent Advisors is being built around a simple idea: understand exactly what a dental practice needs and exactly what a dental professional wants before trying to connect the two.

For private dental practices

Tell us the person you actually need—not just the job title.

When DTA launches, our practice process will begin with a direct conversation about the position, schedule, responsibilities, compensation, experience, personality and team fit. The goal is to understand the real need before an introduction is ever made.

  • Dental-specific recruiting for private practices
  • No upfront recruiting fee under the planned launch model
  • Success-based placement fees paid by the practice
  • 60-day replacement-search commitment under the planned launch terms
  • Candidate information shared only with permission

DTA is currently in a pre-launch viability phase and is not yet making placements.

For dental professionals

Tell us what you’re looking for—not just what’s on your résumé.

Schedule, commute, compensation, practice environment, responsibilities and long-term goals all matter. DTA’s planned approach is to understand those priorities first, then only discuss opportunities that appear to make sense.

  • No placement fee to dental professionals
  • Confidential conversations
  • No résumé or contact information shared without permission
  • Hygienists, assistants, front office and associate dentists
  • Focus on private-practice opportunities in Massachusetts

During the viability phase, DTA is gathering input and is not recruiting for specific openings.

How DTA works

Understand both sides first. Connect them second.

The planned DTA model is intentionally simple and personal.

1

Practice conversation

We learn exactly what the office needs: schedule, skills, responsibilities, compensation and team fit.

2

Professional conversation

We learn what the candidate wants: commute, schedule, compensation, environment and goals.

3

Compare the fit

DTA looks for alignment rather than sending a high volume of résumés.

4

Permission and introduction

Only when both sides appear aligned—and the candidate agrees—does an introduction happen.

Why the model is different

A staffing problem affects the entire practice.

An open position can affect patient care, schedules, production, morale and the existing team. DTA is designed around the idea that a better hire requires more than matching keywords on a résumé.

Practice Relationships

Chris brings several years of B2B sales and relationship-building experience. His role is to speak with practices, understand the real need behind an open position, and develop strong relationships with owners and office leaders. He brings a structured, consultative approach to discovering what a practice is actually trying to solve.

About Dental Talent Advisors

Built from the private-practice perspective.

DTA was conceived after seeing how difficult dental hiring has become for independent practices—and how often dental professionals must sort through job postings that reveal very little about whether an office will actually be a good fit.

The goal is not to become another high-volume résumé service. The goal is to create a smaller, more personal recruiting and placement model where both parties are understood before an introduction is made.

DTA’s initial focus is Massachusetts, where private practices compete for a limited pool of experienced hygienists, assistants, front-office professionals and associate dentists.

About Dental Talent Advisors graphic
Common questions

Clear expectations from the beginning.

Does a dental professional pay DTA?

No. Under the planned model, placement fees are paid by the hiring practice, never the candidate.

Is DTA currently making placements?

Not yet. DTA is in a pre-launch viability phase while we confirm demand and complete the requirements needed before operating.

Will candidate information be shared automatically?

No. DTA’s planned process requires the dental professional’s permission before sharing identifying information with a practice.

Why focus on private practices?

Independent practices often need a more personal recruiting approach because culture, schedule and team fit can be as important as technical qualifications.
